Potato And Beetroot Stir Fry
A easy north indian recipe

Green chillies

Fennel seeds
Perumjeerakam
Ginger
garlic
paste - 2 tsp
1
cup
Cilantro
chopped
1
tsp
Coriander powder
1
tsp
Garam masala
Salt
As reqd
1/2
tsp
Fenugreek seeds
Uluva
Instructions
For preparing
potato
and
beetroot
stir fry, boil some
water
with
salt
. Add
potato
and
beetroot
. Cook well(do not over cook it). Drain and keep aside.
In a pan, heat
oil
. Add
fennel seeds
,
fenugreek seeds
and
garam masala
and
ginger
-
garlic
paste. Add the cooked
potato
and
beetroot
in to it and fry well,
Add
coriander powder
and sprinkle little
salt
.
Add
onion
,
green chillies
and cilantros.
Mix very well. When all the spices are coated well, remove from flame.
Serve this as a side dish for chappathi as well as curd rice.
Potato
and
beetroot
stir fry is ready.
