Instructions
  1. Cook the potato with a pinch of salt and mash it

  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion until golden brown in colour.Then add ginger garlic paste ,green chilly and saute again for two minutes.

  3. Add turmeric powder,Garam masala,salt,coriander leaves,curry leaves and mashed potatos.mix well and remove from the flame.

  4. Take a small portion of potato mixture and flatten it with your hand,place a piece of egg and roll it nicely with your hand.

  5. Whisk two eggs in a bowl and dip the potato roll in it and followed by bread crumbs.Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown in color.
