Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes in light medium fame.
Heat oil in a pan and put mustard seeds. When it crackles put onion and curry leaves. Saute it.
4)Lower the flame, add potato cubes, little water for boiling and salt.
5)After potato is cooked well, add turmeric powder, chilly powder and kayam podi.
Simmer in low flame until water dries up completely.
