Ingredients
- Potato(cut into wedges) - 500 g
- Parsely(chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Spring onion(finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Lightly soured cream - 2 1/2 tbsp
- Cheese(grated) - 1 cup
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- olive oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the potato wedges in a tray with foil. Bake it for 40 minutes or till it becomes brown in color.
- Take out the wedges from oven after 40 minutes and pour the cream mixture over it and bake again for 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven after 5 minutes, sprinkle cheese and parsley on top and bake it for 3 minutes.
