Prawn/Jhinga soup is prepared by cooking prawns in chicken soup stock, mushrooms and other ingredients

Ingredients
- Mushrooms(cut in to halves) - 250 g
- Spring onion(cut into 2 inch long pieces) - 1 no
- Prawns(deveined and washed) - 8 nos
- Chicken soup stock - 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 ½
- Pepper powder(A pinch) -
- Fish sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Chilli paste - 1/2 tsp
- Lime(for seasoning) - 1/4 of
- Lemon grass(Few) -
- Celery(chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- First heat pan and boil chicken soup stock.
- Add lemon juice, fish sauce and chilli paste, lemon grass to chicken stock, and stir.
- Add celery, salt and pepper.
- Prawn with mushroom soup is ready. Season with lime juice and pepper powder. Serve hot.
