250 g Mushrooms (cut in to halves)1 no Spring onion (cut into 2 inch long pieces)8 nos Prawns (deveined and washed)1/2 cup Chicken soup stock1 ½ Lemon juicePepper powder (A pinch)1 1/2 tbsp Fish sauce1/2 tsp Chilli paste1/4 of Lime (for seasoning)Lemon grass (Few)2 tbsp Celery (chopped)Salt (As reqd) First heat pan and boil chicken soup stock.Add lemon juice, fish sauce and chilli paste, lemon grass to chicken stock, and stir. Stir in mushrooms, spring onions, prawns and simmer for 10-12 minutes until prawns are done.Add celery, salt and pepper.Prawn with mushroom soup is ready. Season with lime juice and pepper powder.
