Ingredients
- Prawns(cleaned and de(veined) - 1/2 cup, cleaned and de) -
- Cashew nuts - 6 nos
- Fresh Butter - 2 tsp
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 tsp
- Milk - 1 tbsp
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Poppy seeds(Kashakasha) - 1/2 tsp
- Sesame seeds(Ellu) - 1/2 tsp
- Shallots(finely sliced, Kunjulli) - 5 nos
- garlic(crushed) - 3 cloves
- Green chillies(chopped round) - 2 nos
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves(Few) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing prawns with cashew, first marinate prawns with curd, required salt and pepper powder for a few minutes. Keep this aside.
- Grind together cashew nuts, poppy seeds, sesame seeds and coriander leaves to a fine paste. Keep the ground cashew paste aside.
- Take a flat bottomed pan and heat fresh butter. Add maida and roast in low fire. Add milk and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed.
- Add previously ground cashew paste. Saute for a few seconds and remove pan from fire.
- Take another pan and heat oil. Add crushed garlic, sliced shallots and green chillies. Saute till shallots are golden in color.
- Add cashew mixture and saute till oil accumulates on top.
- Yummy prawns with cashew is ready and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
