Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Fry red chillies, small onions, ginger, tamarind, cocunut, pudhina leaves and salt one by one, till it becomes slightly brown.
  3. :- The fragrance will be mouth watering.
  4. Grind it in a mixer grinder along with little water, but not too finely.
  5. :- Serve as a side dish with rice.
