Ingredients
- dates 10 to 12 -
- green chilly 5 -
- jaggery 2 table spoon -
- Salt : 1 tsp -
- coconut oil 2 table spoon -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Curry leaves : 1 spring -
- Ginger : a small piece -
- Tamarind water : 1 cup -

Instructions
- first heat a pan add oil in it, when its hot put mustard in it
- when it splutters add green chilly ,curry leaves and ginger to it.
- saut it well and then add red chilly powder to it.
- then add dates to it(remove seeds) and sauté it well.
- then to this add jaggery and sauté well.
- then allow it to get boiled and add salt to it.
- then transfer to the serving dish.
