Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds saute for a minute.
- Add onions and saute for 2 minutes until it turns transparent.
- Take little onion and cumin seeds from this, add some cashews to this and grind it In a mixer to a paste.
- Add this paste to the kadai and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato puree to this and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add chilli powder and turmeric powder to this and stir well for a minute.
- Next add coriander powder and garam masala to this and stir well.
- Add 1 cup of water and paneer to this and boil for 2 minutes.
- Next add milk and coriander leaves to this and boil for a minute.
- Add some kasthuri methi to this and boil for 3 minutes until it becomes thick.
- Now punjabi paneer butter masala is ready
