Puthani Chutney Chutney made with gram 3 tbsp Puthani (Roasted gram)3 nos ChilliesCoriander leaves (A few)2 tbsp Onion (chopped)1/2 cup Grated coconutFor seasoning: 2 tsp OilAsafoetida (A pinch, Kayam)1/2 tsp Mustard seeds Soak puthani for 15 minutes and drain water. Grind together grated coconut, soaked puthani, coriander leaves, onions and green chillies along with little water and salt.Heat oil in a pan.Add the ingredients for seasoning one by one.
