- Onion : ½ cup -
- Mustard : 2 tsp -
- Pepper powder : 3 tsp -
- Coconut powder : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 3 tsp -
- Curry leaves : 1 spring -

Instructions
- Cook the vegetables using salt and pepper powder.
- Enter Step
- When it gets cooked add the coconut powder to it and stir well.
- Then close the pan for 5 minutes and then off the flame.
- Then heat another pan add oil in it, and then add mustard when it gets hot.
- Then add onion and curry leaves to it.
- Sauté it well and pour this to the cooked vegetable.
- Serve hot with chappathi .
