- Tender mangoes [in which stones are not formed] : 6 to 8 nos -
- Salt to taste -
- Red chilli powder : 2 to 3 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Asafoetida powder : 1 tsp -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Cooking oil: 1 tsp -

Instructions
- Wash and dab dry mangoes.
- Cut them finely without the seeds.
- Mix salt and chilli powder with chopped mango.
- When it froths, mix it with the pickle.
- Serve as a side dish with poori, chappathi and the like and also with curd-rice.
