- Mutton - 1/2 kg
- Onion(sliced) - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Mutton masala - 1 tbsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Coconut pieces - 1 cup
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing quick mutton fry, first marinate mutton with mutton masala, salt, curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste.
- Marinate for 1 hour. Pressure cook the mutton.
- Heat oil in pan, fry onion, green chillies and cooked mutton till it becomes brown color and well fried.
- Add coconut slices and fry for few minutes.
- Quick mutton fry is ready.
