  • On a heated tawa, pour 1/2 tsp of oil and fry onions till they are brown in color.
  • Place fennel seeds, grated coconut, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom followed by the above fried onions in a mixer bowl.
  • Grind it well to make a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  • Fry the above paste for 30 seconds.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
  • Add tomato and fry well.
  • Add turmeric, chilli and coriander powders and fry till raw smell goes.
  • Add rajma, water required for gravy and salt and pressure cook for 10 mins.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, before serving.
  • :- Serve hot with rice or rotis.
