- tomato 4 -
- Garlic : 4 cloves -
- dried red chilly 3 -
- Mustard : 2 tsp -
- curry leaves 2 sprig -
- Oil as needed -
- Tamarind water : 1 cup -
- Cumin seeds : 1 tsp -
- Coriander leaves 1 sprig -
- rasam powder 1 table spoon -

Instructions
- close the kadai
- add rasam mix or powder to it .
- heat another pan and add oil. when it hot then add mustard and when it splutters add curry leaves ,dried red chilly and garlic and cumin seeds to it.
- add the mustard mix to the kadai
- stir well and add coriander leaves
- our rasam is ready to serve.
