Instructions For preparing raspberry ice cream, boil milk until the quantity is reduced to half, stirring constantly. Keep aside to cool Mix together condensed milk, sugar & add to the milk along with raspberry essence & coloring. Add cream gradually beating continuously till the mixture becomes creamy. Freeze for sometime till the mixture becomes slushy. Remove & beat again. Freeze till firm. Serve garnished with cherries & topped with whipped cream.
