  • Mix 1 cup sugar in 2 cups water and boil it in a vessel at low flame.
  • Peel the mangoes, cut into small pieces and add these mango pieces with the boiling sugar and water syrup and cook the mango pieces.
  • After about 10 minutes, put off the stove and keep the mix to cool well.
  • When the mango pieces and sugar, water syrup become cold, grind it in a mixer along with the cumin seeds powder, black salt and mint leaves.
  • Change this grinded mix to an air tight jar and store it in the refrigerator and use it as and when needed.
  • If you want to serve the drink immediately, then add required quantity of cold water in this mix and serve it.
