Instructions
  1. Mix 1 cup sugar in 2 cups water and boil it in a vessel at low flame.

  2. Peel the mangoes, cut into small pieces and add these mango pieces with the boiling sugar and water syrup and cook the mango pieces.
  3. After about 10 minutes, put off the stove and keep the mix to cool well.

  4. When the mango pieces and sugar, water syrup become cold, grind it in a mixer along with the cumin seeds powder, black salt and mint leaves.
  5. Change this grinded mix to an air tight jar and store it in the refrigerator and use it as and when needed.

  6. If you want to serve the drink immediately, then add required quantity of cold water in this mix and serve it.
