A rare combo of raw papaya and raisins

Ingredients
- Papaya(medium) - 1 no
- Raisins(Kismis) - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp
- Green chillies(thinly chopped) - 1 no
- Black salt - ¼ tsp
- Sugar - ½ tbsp
- Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
- Ginger(thinly chopped) - ½ tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Lime juice - 1 tsp

Instructions
- First remove the top and bottom layer of the papaya. Then remove a very thin layer of the green coloured skin, seeds and grate the papaya.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter cumin seeds and saute green chillies and minced ginger. Stir till light golden colour.
- Add kismis and stir for few seconds.
- Add cooked papaya into it and stir for 1 minute.
- Lastly add the lime juice and stir until well combined.
- Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate in a covered glass container.
- :-This can be used as a jam or side dish. Chill for 5 minutes before serving.
