  • Make the dough for dosa by adding warm water, salt, a bit of ghee, chopped onions, carrots and tender green peas and green chillies. (Make the dough in such a consistency that its easy to spread with hand in the kadaidosa kallu)
  • Once a thick dough is made, heat the dosa kallukadai on high flame.
  • Apply oil in the kadai nicely with a clothtissue.
  • Start spreading the dough with wet fingertips so that the dough doesnt stick in ur hands n spreads evenly n nicely and make a desired round.
  • Pour a tsp of oil into the dosa.
  • Cover and cook on medium flame till the bottom of the dosa is crispy.
  • Cook only one side of the dosa.
  • :- Do not turn it.
  • Remove from heat once the dosa is golden brown.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves if desired.
  • :- Serve hot with peanut and coconut chutney.
