Rawa paneer kheer is an excellent kheer made quick and its different to taste unlike usual kheers. The milk is boiled along with roasted sooji and grated paneer. We add sugar and cardamom powder as the the kheer thickens. A pinch of cinnamon powder enhances the taste of the kheer.
