Instructions
- Peel the skin of Ridge Gourd.and keep aside.
- Heat the pan add oil and add channa dal urad dal saute golden colour comes.
- Now add Onions and fry it .
- Put Ridge Gourd skin and saute till raw smell goes.
- Add coconut and mix well and off the flame and allow it to cool.
- Grind the mixture in the mixie
- Now heat small pan add oil temper the mustard and channa dal and dry chiliserve with dosa or idly .
