Instructions
- For preparing rigatoni pasta with pumpkin, first cook rigatoni pasta in boiling water as per packet directions. Drain well and keep aside.
- Melt 40g butter in a large saucepan and cook pumpkin cubes over medium heat for 10 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in nutmeg, chives, grated parmesan cheese, black pepper and cooked rigatoni into the pumpkin mixture. Toss well to combine.
- Rigatoni pasta with pumpkin, a tasty nutritious dish is ready. Serve hot.
