- Wheat flour(Atta) - 2 cups
- Salt(A pinch) -
- Warm water/warm milk - 3/4th cup
- Oil - 2 drops
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Some wheat flour for dusting to roll the rotis -

Instructions
- Mix well to make a stiff dough.
- Add 2 drops of oil and knead well for 3 - 4 mins and keep aside for 5 mins.
- :- No need to cover.
- After 5 mins, you can roll the rotis into thin circular disks.
- Meanwhile heat the iron skillet on medium heat.
- Once the pan is hot, put the roti on the pan and wait till you notice bubbles on the top of the roti.
- Turn the side and wait again till the bubbles come.
- Once again turn them and keep pressing with the spattula on the rotis parallely moving the rotis in a circular motion with the spattula on the pan.
- Once it puffs up, turn to the other side and repeat.
- :- See that it doesn`t get burnt in the process.
- Take the roti off tha pan and brush with 2 - 3 drops of ghee and keep it in paper towel.
- Repeat the same with other rotis till done and serve hot.
