  • Mix atta with salt followed by 3/4th cup water or milk or milk+water together 3/4thcup.
  • Mix well to make a stiff dough.
  • Add 2 drops of oil and knead well for 3 - 4 mins and keep aside for 5 mins.
  • :- No need to cover.
  • After 5 mins, you can roll the rotis into thin circular disks.
  • Meanwhile heat the iron skillet on medium heat.
  • Once the pan is hot, put the roti on the pan and wait till you notice bubbles on the top of the roti.
  • Turn the side and wait again till the bubbles come.
  • Once again turn them and keep pressing with the spattula on the rotis parallely moving the rotis in a circular motion with the spattula on the pan.
  • Once it puffs up, turn to the other side and repeat.
  • :- See that it doesn`t get burnt in the process.
  • Take the roti off tha pan and brush with 2 - 3 drops of ghee and keep it in paper towel.
  • Repeat the same with other rotis till done and serve hot.
