Instructions
- Chop onions and tomato and take all ingredients and keep aside.
- In pan Add oil and ghee 1/2 and temper whole garam masala
- Add onions and green chili and saute well
- Add red chili, turmeric powder and salt and chicken and cook for 15 mins.
- Add mint and coriander leaves and mix it well
- Add curd and cook for minute and add lemon and cook for minutes in low flame
- In mean time soak saamai (little millets) and keep aside
- Add 1:2 water and brings to boil and add saamai (little millets)
- Close lid and cook for 10 mins and turn off and remove the lid fluff with fork or knife and serve . saamai nattu kozhi biryani ready
