Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sago Chowwary
  • 1/2 cup Ground nuts roasted and ground
  • 1 no Potato cooked and mashed
  • 1 no Green chillies finely chopped
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing sago/chowwary vada, soak sago in water for 3 hours.
  • Mix sago, ground nut powder, potato, green chillies and salt. Mix well to form a vada texture.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  • Take a bit of the mixture in your wet hands and make a hole in the middle. Deep fry it in oil.
  • Sago/chowwary vada`s are ready. Serve hot with chutney.
