- Ground nuts(roasted and ground) - 1/2 cup
- Potato(cooked and mashed) - 1 no
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing sago/chowwary vada, soak sago in water for 3 hours.
- Mix sago, ground nut powder, potato, green chillies and salt. Mix well to form a vada texture.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Take a bit of the mixture in your wet hands and make a hole in the middle. Deep fry it in oil.
- Sago/chowwary vada`s are ready. Serve hot with chutney.
