This is simple and easy breakfast . semiya is different taste with this adai

  • 1 pack Semiya
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 string Curry leaves
  • Salt as taste
  • Oil for greasing


  • In pan add oil fry semiya and keep aside
  • In bowl add semiya and curd and flour, add water and rest for 15 minutes
  • Add chili powder, curry leaves and salt. mix well
  • In a pan grease oil and spread adai batter and cook both side
  • Now its ready serve Semiya adai
