- Rice flour - 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 string

- In pan add oil fry semiya and keep aside
- In bowl add semiya and curd and flour, add water and rest for 15 minutes
- Add chili powder, curry leaves and salt. mix well
- In a pan grease oil and spread adai batter and cook both side
- Now its ready serve Semiya adai
