  • 1 cup Khoya
  • 3/4 cup Til/Sesame roasted and crushed, Ellu
  • Sugar As reqd, powdered
  • 1 tbsp Almonds chopped
  • 1 tbsp Pistas chopped


  • For preparing til khoya laddoo, first roast khoya in low flame till golden yellow in color. Allow roasted khoya to cool for a few minutes.
  • Stir in crushed sesame/til to the roasted khoya and mix well.
  • Add powdered sugar to khoya mixture in lukewarm stage and mix well.
  • Shape khoya mixture into small laddoos.
  • Arrange til khoya laddoos in a serving dish and garnish with chopped almonds and pistas.
  • Til khoya laddoo, a North Indian festive snack, is ready. Serve and enjoy.
