- Chicken boneless(cubed) - 250 g
- Curd - 1 1/2 cup
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Parsley(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(roasted & crushed, Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Set aside.
- Refrigerate the chicken for 5 hours.
- In a pan, add little butter and oil.
- Keep the chicken in it and cover with a lid. Fry it in low flame.
- Simple curd chicken is ready.
