Hard boiled eggs cooked in ground onion mixture and masala powders

Ingredients
- Hard boiled eggs(shelled and slit) - 3 nos
- Tomato - 1 no
- Onions - 1 no
- Garlic cloves - 2 nos
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Water - 1/4 cup

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and the ground paste.
- Fry for 2 minutes until the oil seperates.
- Add the powder ingredients: red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and required salt.
- Add 1/4 cup of water and allow it to boil with a covered lid.
- Add hard boiled eggs into the gravy and cook it covered for 5 minutes on low heat till the gravy acquires a required consistency.
