Soup with wakame, tofu and goji berries

Ingredients
  

  • Goji berries optional
  • 3 tsp Wakame seaweed
  • 2 tsp Dashi stock powder
  • 2 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 packet Tofu small
  • 4 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Soak goji berries in water for 20 minutes.
  • Boil water and add goji berries and dashi stock powder to make the basic soup.
  • In a different bowl, put dry wakame in water for 10 minutes and drain.
  • Cut tofu into small blocks(e.g. 2X3X1cm). If you prefer bigger, it is also fine.
  • Add seaweed and tofu into the soup and heat. ß
  • Dissolve the miso paste in 1/2 cup water and pour over the soup. Switch off the flame.
  • Pour into bowls as shown in picture and enjoy.
  • Note:- Goji berries have the highest antioxidant levels compared to any known food source.
