South Indian Tomato Curry
Well suitable for idlis/chappathis

Ingredients

For Grinding:-

Tomatoes
2
nos
Onion
Garlic
pods
nos
10
tbsp
Grated
coconut
1
no
Green chilly
For garnishing:-
2
tsp
Coriander leaves
Instructions
Fry tomatoes,
onion
,
garlic
and green chilly in little
oil
.
Grind the fried items with
coconut
finely.
Heat
oil
in a fry pan.
Splutter
mustard seeds
and
cumin seeds
.
Add the
coconut
paste.
Add
garam masala
powder and chilly powder.
Add little
water
and
salt
.
Cover it with a lid till it becomes a thick gravy.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve with chappathi/idlis.
