Instructions
- Soak rice and grind thick in that add rice flour
- Bring water to boil and in murrukku achi stuff the batter
- Squeeze the rice batter in boiling cardamom powder
- When its cooked kozhukattai comes up add jaggerry
- Add coconut and mix it well and boil for 5 more mins and turn off
- Now its ready to serve Paal Kozhukattai
