Ingredients
- Basamathi rice - 2 cups
- Peas( half boiled) - 1/2 cup
- Soya chunks( soaked and strain from water) - 1/2 cup
- Green chili - 3
- Ginger and garlic - 1 inch
- Onion(1/2 for grinding) - 2
- Tomato - 1
- Cloves, cinnamon, cardamom - 2 each
- Oil/Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Bay leaf - 1
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Mint and coriander - 1/2 hand

Instructions
- Now add onion and grind fine paste
- Now added that grind paste and 1 tomato puree saute well
- Now add curd and saute well and mint and coriander , salt mix well
- Now add peas ans soya mix well and water 1:2 and bring to boil
- when water boils add rice mix well and cook for 10 mins low flame and turn off
- Now its ready to serve mix well and serve with onion raita . Soya chunks Peas biriyani ready
