Special Apple Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Apple pulp ground
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Hot water
  • 425 ml Condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • For preparing special apple pudding, dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  • Mix apple pulp, condensed milk, milk and lemon juice well.
  • Add gelatin water and whip the mixture until its blended well.
  • Pour the mixture to a flat bowl and freeze it until set.
  • Garnish with dry fruits.
  • Special apple pudding is ready. Serve chilled
