Special Badam Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Almonds soaked,peeled and ground, Badam
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Hot water
  • 425 ml Condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • For preparing special almond badam pudding, dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  • Mix badam paste, condensed milk and milk well.
  • Add gelatin water and whip the mixture until its blended well.
  • Pour the mixture to a flat bowl and freeze it until set.
  • Garnish with dry fruits and serve chilled.
  • Special badam pudding is ready.
