  • 2 cups Chikku pulp ground
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Hot water
  • 425 ml Condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups Milk


  • For preparing special chikku pudding, dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  • Mix chikku paste, condensed milk and milk well.
  • Add gelatin water and whip the mixture until its blended well.
  • Pour the mixture to a flat bowl and freeze it until set.
  • Garnish with chikku and serve chilled
