Special Lemon Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Hot water
  • 425 ml Condensed milk

Instructions
 

  • For preparing special lemon pudding, dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  • Mix lemon juice & condensed milk well.
  • Add gelatin water and whip the mixture until its blended well.
  • Pour the mixture to a flat bowl and freeze it until set.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges and serve chilled.
