Special Mango Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Ripe mango pulp grounded
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Mango flavoured gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Hot water
  • 425 ml Condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • For preparing special mango pudding, dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  • Mix mango pulp, condensed milk and lemon juice well.
  • Add gelatin water and whip the mixture until its blended well.
  • Pour the mixture to a flat bowl and freeze it until set.
  • Garnish with fruits and serve chilled.
