Pasta any type - 1 packet
2 nos Onion sliced
3 nos Green chillies chopped
10 nos Prawns
1 cup Mushroom
1/2 cup Broccoli cooked)
1 no Tomato chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
1 1/2 tbsp Sweet chilly sauce
1/2 tsp Chilly powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Curry powder
Pepper As reqd
Salt As reqd
1 cup Cheese grated

Instructions

For preparing special prawn pasta, first cook pasta with salt. Strain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadai, fry onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and tomato.
Add prawns and mushroom. Fry well.
Add chilly powder, pepper, garam masala and curry powder.
Add broccoli and mix again.
Add sweet chilly sauce, fry it.
Add water and cook prawns.
When water starts to evaporate, add pasta and toss well.
Sprinkle cheese and serve immediately. Special prawn pasta is ready.
