- Fish : 2 nos -
- Chilly powder : 2 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 2 tsp -

Instructions
- Make small cuts on fish flesh so that we can fix the masala in to it.
- Apply salt, chilly powder, turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala on fish.
- Keep for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan and add oil when it gets hot keep the fish in it and make it fry deeply both sides.

- When fry over wipe off excess oil and serve it.
