Spicy Carrot Hakka Noodles

Hakka Noodles is another Indo-Chinese recipe which is a favorite among kids and adults. In this the boiled noodles are stir fried with vegetables and sauces. It is very simple to make and can be done in a few minutes time,

  • boil the noodles by adding salt
  • heat oil in the pan and saute the green chili
  • add carrot, onion, capsicum and spring onion and saute it for 5 mins
  • add salt and mix well
  • add garam masala and mix it
  • add egg and scramble with the vegetables
  • add black pepper and mix it and allow to cook for 2 mins
  • add soya sauce and mix it
  • add boiled hakka noodle and mix it
  • allow to cook for 2 mins in medium flame
  • now spicy carrot hakka noodle is ready to serve
