Instructions
- In bowl add flour and salt. mix well and make dough.
- Now add grated veggies and mix well
- When its cooked well without moisture add salt and pepper
- Now make small ball flat thin with roll pin
- Now stuff veggies and fold like this. ( refer pic)
- Now do all rest and steam for ten min in steamer.
- Now in bowl add little water and Szechuan sauce
- Mix well with salt and soya sauce
- Now add onion sauté well and add that spicy mixture cook for 2 minutes
- Now add steamed momo and mix well cook for 5 minutes in a high flame
- Now the Spicy Chilli momo ready to serve.
