Prawns are mixed with corn flour and lightly fried. The fried prawns are later cooked with spring onion, capsicum and other ingredients.

Instructions
- Marinate the prawns in the mixture and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Fry the chopped ginger in the same oil and add chopped spring onion and capsicum. Do not over cook the vegetables.
- Add chilly sauce and soya sauce, bring to boil in high flame and add the fired prawns. Mix well and serve hot.
