Instructions
- Cut the vegetables into medium sized pieces . Make a paste with lemon juice, turmeric powder, chilly powder, garlic paste, oil and required salt. Apply this mixture on vegetables and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Arrange the vegetables in skewers and grill on high heat till the vegetables are done.
