- Soya - 2 cup
- Onion - 2 medium
- Tomato - 1 large
- Green chillies - 3
- Red chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Salt : As required -
- Coriander leaves - 1 hand
- Water as required -

- Add it into a Pressure cooker along with little Turmeric powder,salt and little water.cook it for 2 whistle.
- Then add tomato and green chillies.saute for another 4-5 minutes.
- Finally add red chilly powder,garam masala and Fry it well.
- Add cooked soya chunks,chopped coriander leaves.Cover and cook it for 15 minutes or until the water absorbs.
- Serve it along with chappathi,rice or roti...
