Ingredients
- Squid(Koonthal) - 1/4 kg
- Green chillies(split) - 5 nos
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Red onions(chopped) - 1/4 cup
- garlic(chopped) - 3 cloves
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 +
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Splutter the mustard in oil.
- Add in green chillies, red onions, coconut, garlic, curry leaves and turmeric powder. SautT it well.
- In a bowl mix chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt in some water.
- Squid nirachath is ready. Serve immediately. While serving, remove the thread.
