Ingredients
- Chicken(cut into 6 big pieces) - 1 whole
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- garlic(chopped) - 6 cloves
- Green chillies(chopped) - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
- Hot chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chicken stock - 1/2 cup
- Corn flour - 2 tsp
- olive oil(As reqd) -
- Pepper - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing steamed chicken in hot garlic sauce, first prick chicken with knife.
- Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garam masala and oyster sauce.
- Steam the chicken in steamer or do in rice cooker.
- When done place the chicken in serving plate.(Slice it if u want)
- Heat pan, fry garlic, onion, green chillies.
- Add vinegar, tomato sauce, hot chilly sauce and little pepper.
- Mix chicken stock in corn flour.
- Add this to the gravy and thicken it.
- Pour this sauce over the chicken and serve hot.
