  • 1 whole Chicken cut into 6 big pieces
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 6 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hot chilly sauce
  • 1/2 cup Chicken stock
  • 2 tsp Corn flour
  • Olive oil As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing steamed chicken in hot garlic sauce, first prick chicken with knife.
  • Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garam masala and oyster sauce.
  • Steam the chicken in steamer or do in rice cooker.
  • When done place the chicken in serving plate.(Slice it if u want)
  • Heat pan, fry garlic, onion, green chillies.
  • Add vinegar, tomato sauce, hot chilly sauce and little pepper.
  • Mix chicken stock in corn flour.
  • Add this to the gravy and thicken it.
  • Pour this sauce over the chicken and serve hot.
